Differentiating Between Gas Cooktop And Induction Cooktop



Gas cooktop, as the name very well suggests, makes use of gas for cooking. On the other hand, induction cooktop makes use of the electricity for cooking. There are a number of differences between these two modes of cooking.

As opposed to it, when lighting up an induction stove, you need to wait. And, even after waiting, you do not exactly know how hot the stove is. Cooking with gas gives you the sort of control you want when you wish to cook different dishes. With induction stoves, you do not even come to know when they are on.
